• Free & Premium Plans: We offer free core features and paid subscriptions. The specific features for each plan, including AI capabilities, custom domain, or advanced analytics, are described on our website.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Account Creation: You may be required to create an account with a valid email address or via a third-party service (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.

5. User-Generated Content

• Your Resume Content: You retain ownership of all information and content you provide (e.g., text, images, personal details). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute this content as part of our Services.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or publish any content that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Hosting & Availability

• Subdomain & Custom Domains: We may assign you a free subdomain (e.g., username.jobfolio.ai). For premium users, we offer custom domain mapping.
• No Guaranteed Uptime: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Services.
• Right to Suspend: We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security issues, or any breach of these Terms.

7. AI Assistance & Limitations

• AI Suggestions: Our AI tools provide resume recommendations, grammar checks, or content optimization. These outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, comprehensive, or appropriate for every job application.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or unintended outcomes resulting from AI suggestions.

8. Payment & Subscription

• Subscription Plans: Certain features (e.g., custom domain, advanced AI) require a paid subscription. Prices and payment terms are listed on our website.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may consider exceptions at our discretion.

9. User Conduct & Compliance

14. Termination

• By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
• Effect: Upon termination, any rights or licenses granted to you herein shall immediately cease, and we may delete your resume and account data.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
• Dispute Resolution: You agree to first contact us to resolve any disputes. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration or small claims court, depending on local law.
